The material herein contains periods of historical performance based on a backtested asset allocation rather than actual client performance.  The backtested performance uses the same asset allocation as that used for actual client performance following the strategy’s initial offering.  This backtested performance does not precisely capture the effects of drift between rebalances as asset weights change due to market movements.  The backtested asset allocation reflects a monthly rebalancing.
