The material herein contains periods of historical performance based on a backtested static algorithm and/or a model rather than actual client performance. The unchanged algorithm for the equity component does not include any subjective inputs from management, and, as such, we feel it fairly represents how the equity component would have performed during periods prior to its initial offering. The model for the fixed income component was maintained and used concurrent with the management of client accounts solely for the purpose of simplifying performance calculation. While this fixed income model accurately reflects management decisions, it does not precisely capture the effects of drift between rebalances as asset weights changed due to market movements. The fixed income model rebalanced monthly.
